Zhanna Korsunsky, owner of condemned property (Owner), appeals from the October 7, 1994 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, denying her appeal from a decision of the Housing Code Board of Appeals of the City of Harrisburg (Board). In its order, the Board had denied Owners appeal from a demolition order issued by the City of Harrisburgs Department of Community and Economic Development (the City). We affirm.
